Group travel in Ontario
Private transportation across Ontario and the Inland Empire
We run private group transportation out of Ontario, with our own vehicles and our own chauffeurs. Ontario sits between the Los Angeles basin and the desert, so many of our trips are a long drive in one direction and a return later the same day.
You can book an SUV, a Sprinter Van, a minibus or a motorcoach for airport transfers, weddings in Pomona, shuttles in Rancho Cucamonga, and days out in wine country or the desert. We pick up in Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Pomona and Chino.

The fleet
SUV, Sprinter van, minibus, or motorcoach.
The 6-passenger Luxury SUV is for executive travel and airport runs across the Inland Empire, and its spacious luggage area suits a small party with check-in bags.
The 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Executive Van seats a visiting team or a wedding party together, and of all our vehicles it is the easiest to bring to most Ontario and Pomona addresses.
The 27-passenger Minibus is our convention and facility shuttle. It has a luggage compartment, so it also works for the longer airport runs.
The 56-passenger Motor Coach is the one for long drives out of the Inland Empire. For a run to Palm Springs or LAX, it has an onboard restroom and underbelly luggage room.
We run three more vehicle classes. The 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Shuttle Van has the same cabin and luggage compartment as the Executive Van. The 31-passenger Minibus has four more seats than the 27. The 40-passenger Motor Coach has the onboard restroom and the 452 Cu. Ft. underbelly luggage room, which is what you want on a desert or LAX run. The fleet page lists the seats, luggage and cabin details for all seven.
Tell us the passenger count, the luggage and how far the day runs. Once you are more than an hour on the road, the restroom and the luggage room matter more than extra seats.

Where we operate in Ontario
We drive groups from hotels in Downtown Ontario, Ontario Ranch and Rancho Cucamonga to the Ontario Convention Center and Pomona. On a convention day we hold the vehicle between sessions, and the booking carries on past the first drop-off.
Ontario International is the local airport. We also cover Los Angeles International and John Wayne Airport. Send us the flight number and we set the pickup to the scheduled arrival. The drive to LAX is long, so for departures we work the pickup time back from your check-in time.
We book private-aviation arrivals the same way as a commercial flight. Send us the tail number, the FBO and the estimated arrival time, and we time the pickup to your plane. Departures from the same airfields are booked the same way.
We pick up for weddings and events across Downtown Ontario, Ontario Ranch, Rancho Cucamonga and Pomona. Before the date we check the access at each address and whether there is room to park a 27-passenger Minibus or a 56-passenger Motor Coach.
Corporate transportation in Ontario covers logistics and distribution work as much as offices. That means site visits with the vehicle held all day, shuttles between a hotel and a facility, and airport runs for visiting teams. We quote repeating routes as one program.
Weddings here run between an Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga hotel and a venue in the valley or out toward wine country. The wedding party rides in a 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter, and a larger vehicle takes the guests out and back.
Day trips go from Ontario to Temecula Valley wine country and to Palm Springs. They make for long days, so we book them as-directed: the vehicle is yours for the day, and you decide the stops as you go.
For school and youth group transportation, team travel, and faith and community charters, we use the 27-passenger Minibus and the 56-passenger Motor Coach. On a desert run, the onboard restroom and the luggage room decide which vehicle you need.
We also offer non-emergency appointment transportation, and the vehicle waits while you are at the appointment. For a day that does not fit a fixed route, book an hourly or as-directed charter.
